ISU_WASTE_2: CRM Integration (New)
Use
As of SAP enhancement package 5 for SAP ERP 6.0, Industry Extension Utilities Waste & Recycling (IS-UT 605), business function Waste & Recycling (ISU_WASTE_2), you can use the CRM integration of the SAP Waste and Recycling solution.
This allows you to start frequently used customer-specific processes from a modern interaction center. It enables you to improve how you deal with your customers by making the most important customer-centric creation and change processes more effective.
Effects on Existing Data
Existing data that was previously used to map addresses in ERP (container location, waste disposal object, cleaning object and property) are redefined for this. The new Service Address and Object Address objects have been created to simplify the handling of address-related services.
For more information, see the release note about
You can continue to maintain your existing master data using the Professional User transactions in ERP as well as using the new interface in CRM. The data for your waste-disposal-specific objects is stored only in ERP.
Effects on Data Transfer
You first have to create service and object addresses for the existing objects container location, waste disposal object, cleaning object and property. The procedure for this is described in the business function documentation.
If you have already used service products in ERP and now also want to use them in CRM, you first have to replicate the products to CRM. The CRM Configuration Guide on SAP Help Portal contains the procedure for this.
Effects on System Administration
