Enhanced functionality for defining partner shares

Description

In the definition of partner shares within the equity group it is now possible to handle situations where the partner share cannot exactly be described as a decimal number (e.g. a partner share of 1/3).

The system now will accept equity groups where the partner shares do not add up to exactly 100 percent. Now it will accept shares that add up to a total between 99.99995 percent and 100.00004 percent.

Examples

1. An equity group is split between three partner in equal shares. This can be described in the system as follows:
   Partner 1 33.333333 %
   Partner 2 33.333333 %
   Partner 3 33.333333 %
2. An equity group is split between two partners where one partner holds 2/3 of the shares. This can be described in the system as follows:
   Partner 1 66.666666 %
   Partner 2 33.333333 %
