New developments in reporting

Description

1. Drill-down on unsuspense line items to original line items

The summary ledger line item report RGJVSO10 now supports drill-down on unsuspense line items. The report highlights unsuspense line items by color (click "Legend" button for an explanation of colors used). To drill-down, select an unsuspense line item by placing the cursor on the line and click the "Trace unsuspense" button. The result shows all original line items which had previously been put in suspense. The "Trace unsuspense" button is only available if there are unsuspense line items in the report.

The line item report can be called stand-alone or via drill-down from from summary ledger reports and billing extract reports.

Technical information: Unsuspense items are identified by activity "JVS2".

1. New key figure "Gross Non-operated"

This key figure calculates gross values from non-operated shares. The key figure is available for transaction, local and group currency. Example: a net amount of 1,000.00 USD based on a 40% share gives a gross amount of 2,500.00 USD.

There is a new standard report 5J1H "Gross non-operated by cost object" based on the new key figure.
