No Usage of FI Substitution for XREF2

Description

In release 2.0b and 2.0c, the FI substitution was used to fill XREF2. This is now done directly in the integration manager.

To fill the billing month for customer and vendor lines in XREF2, the FIsubstitution was used in release 2.0b and 2.0c. The disadvantage of this tool is the restriction to one substitution per company code. Also JVA had to assign the substitution to all company codes which were using JV.

In the new version, the field XREF2 is filled +directly in the integration manager during the time point CLOSE.

Please check if the substitution SGJF1 is changed from you.

If not the program RGJX20D2 should be started. This program first checks if new steps are added to the substitution (if so, it stops) and then deletes all assignments of the substitution SGJF1 to a company code (table T001Q).

For performance reasons this program should be started after the upgrade. But even if this program did not run, the system works as before.

If the substitution is modified, there is only the possibility to create a new substitution without the JVA part and to assign this new substitution to the company code.
