Change of underscore and space definition in Non-Op Form Configuration

Description

In the previous release, if a title line has the 3 spaces configured, the 3 spaces is placed right under the title line and under its total line (if there is one). However, there is no need to add space between title and its sub-form, since they tend to be grouped together.

Also, if a title line has underscore configured, the underscore tends to be placed between the title line and its sub-form, and right before the total line.

Since spaces and underscore are mainly used for organizing the form for readability, the rule to set them up should be clear and simple.

Starting this release, the rule to set up underscore is as follow:
1. If an underscore is checked in normal input line, user can expect to
see this underscore appear right under this input line.
2. If an underscore is checked in a title line (a summary line), if
there is also sub-total line checked for this title line, the
underscore should appear under the total line. If there is no
subtotal line checked in this title line, the underscore should
appear under the last line of the sub-form (group of lines under
this title line).

The same rules apply to the spaces. If both space and underscore are checked for the same line, space will appear under the underscore.
