New and Enhanced Functions in the PBE Document

Use

There are the following new and enhanced functions for the PBE document in release DI, 4.6C2:

  1. Post PBE Document
    The menu entry for posting a PBE report no longer exists since PBE documents can now be created directly.
  2. Create, Change, Display PBE Document
    There are functions for (a) creating and changing a PBE document (in one transaction) and (b) displaying a PBE document.
  3. Sales Organization
    The sales organization no longer needs to be maintained.
  4. External Document Number
    A document that is created always receives an number. If you do not enter a number, then the system assigns a number. The values that are displayed in the F4 help for the external document number depend on the header data (i.e.: the data that you enter as header data is taken into account when the document number is determined). You can only change the document if you enter an external document number.
  5. Pushbutton "Header<->Item"
    You can use this function to change between header and item data.
  6. Pushbutton "User-Specific Data"
    You can enter user-specific data on item level. You can also enter user-specific data for a specific date. If the user-specific data on the daily level differs, you cannot enter this data on item level.
  7. Park PBE Document
    If there is no stock, you can park the PBE document (menu path: PBE document -> Park/release item -> Park item).
  8. Release PBE Document
    You can either release the PBE document directly in the document itself (PBE document -> Park/release item -> Release item) or use report /SAPCEM/AUSPARKEN_LGBELEG.
  9. Delete/Cancel PBE Document
    You can delete PBE documents that have not yet been settled.
