Scenario Planning (New)
Use
As of CRM 4.0 SP03 (Kimberly-Clark MRM SP02), a new development, Scenario Planning, allows you to consider a variety of quantitative and qualitative information in a systematic way in order to formulate marketing strategies. It allows you to plan all marketing activities from budget planning to expected returns and apply this planning to optimize marketing processes. With Scenario Planning, you are able to effectively coordinate and plan marketing activities, thereby avoiding resource waste and redundant effort.
Scenario Planning is performed in People-Centric CRM in the Marketing Scenario Planner. Here you can create multiple scenarios, each of which represents a set of marketing elements and circumstances that you want to consider within your scenario planning analysis. Because Scenario Planning is an iterative process, you can continue to adjust the scenarios and perform what-if analyses. Based on the outcome of these analyses, you may decide on a scenario that you will execute.
