Knowledge Workbench

Use

With Knowledge Warehouse 5.0 you have the following new functions for the Knowledge Workbench:

• Support of Single-Sign-On

• Support of the Visio editors

• Check-in to the Knowledge Warehouse of websites

• Support of the Business Workflow (approval procedure, copy editing procedure)

• Interface changes

• The menu entry Settings in the menu View became a new menu Settings.
  The settings can now be reached directly from the interface.

• The term Standard context under Settings -> Knowledge Warehouse... was changed to Initial context.

• The term Personal folder selection was changed to Favorites.
