WM: TO Processing Comment Code

Description

Beginning with Release 4.5A, a new field has been added to the screen for entering actual transfer order processing data.

In addition to the fields for entering the workers' HR personnel number, actual duration and starting and ending processing times, the new field TO processing comment allows the entry of a 4-digit code that provides information about the processing of a transfer order. This code is linked to a long text.

For example, this code can be used to explain why the processing of a transfer order took longer than the target or planned TO processing time.

While you are entering actual data, if the actual time required to process a transfer order exceeds a predefined threshold, the system requires an entry in this field.

Possible examples that could be used in the TO processing comment code field include:

• SHBR Broken shelf

• NRA No replenishment available

• LB Lunch break

• LDEQ Loading equipment failure

To enter the thresholds for planned TO processing times, see Activities -> Transfers -> Processing performance data -> Define profiles (Profile for performance data) in the WM IMG.
