OPS_ADVRETURNS_1: Returns Overview (new)
Use
As of SAP ECC 6.0, enhancement package 4, business function Advanced Returns Management (OPS_ADVRETURNS_1), you can view the flow and status of all the documents associated with an individual returns process in two new transactions, one for customer returns and one for supplier returns.
The area menu for Advanced Returns Managementincludes the entry Returns Overview, which contains the two transactions Display Customer Returns Overview (MSR_TRC_C) and Display Supplier Returns Overview(MSR_TRC_I).
You can navigate to the Returns Overviewfrom the following transactions:
- Change Sales Orderand Display Sales Order (VA02 and VA03)
- Display/Change/Release Purchase Order/Stock Transport Order (MEPO, ME22N, ME23N and ME29N)
- Display Invoice Document (MIR4)
- Material Inspection in Warehouse (MSR_INSPWH) and Material Inspection by Vendor(MSR_INSPV)
- Customer Refund Determination (MSR_CRD) and Internal Refund Determination (MSR_IRD)
On the Returns Overview screens you can:
- Navigate to individual returns-related documents
- See the status of logistical processing and the refunding status of the returns process in question
- See where the system was unable to create follow-up documents automatically and restart follow-up document creation
