ISR_RET_AGENCY_3: Complaints Processing (new)
Use
As of SAP ECC 6.0, Enterprise Extension Retail, Enhancement Package 4 (EA_RET 604), Business Function Trade, Agency Business 3 (ISR_RET_AGENCY_3), you can avail of the extended complaints processing in the context of agency business.
The extended complaints processing provides wholesale customers and members with the facility to access their own settlement documents and to create and follow-up complaints. This way they can significantly reduce the costs that arise through processing complaints and sending settlement documents in paper form.
You can also now enter the complaints data together with the complaints text and also carry out predefined status changes.

You make the Customizing settings for this function in Agency Business Customizing under Complaints Processing -> Determine Complaint Process Variant.
Also make sure that all the required settings have been made under the node Complaints Processing in the other Customizing activities.
