ISR_APPL_AGENCY_4: Mass Data Processing (New)

Use

As of SAP enhancement package 5 for ERP 6.0 (SAP_APPL 605), business function Trade, Agency Business 4(ISR_APPL_AGENCY_4), you can use new reports with more flexible selection criteria for mass data processing using a logical database. These reports are available for the following agency documents:

  • Settlement requests
  • Settlement request lists
  • Customer settlements
  • Expense settlements

Furthermore, new dispatcher reports are available to support mass processing of agency documents.

Effects on Existing Data

The area menu has been enhanced by the following new entry for mass data processing using a logical database under Logistics -> Agency Business -> Payment -> Settlement Request List -> Create Using Report (Classic Settlement Method) (transaction WRLVO).

The area menu has been enhanced by the following new entries under Logistics -> Agency Business- -> Environment -> Dispatcher:

  • Dispatcher: Mass Release (transaction WAB_RELEASE_DISP)
  • Dispatcher: Mass Cancellation (transaction WAB_CANCEL_DISP)
  • Dispatcher: Create Remuneration Lists (transaction WLF_RRLE_CREATE_DISP)
  • Dispatcher: Message Output(transaction WLN14D)

-> Extended Settlement Method

  • Dispatcher: Create Vendor Settlements(transaction WLF1L_DISP)
  • Dispatcher: Create Customer Settlements(transaction WLF1K_DISP)
  • Dispatcher: Create Posting Lists (transaction WBLRN_DISP)
  • Dispatcher: Create Settlement Lists (transaction WRLVN_DISP)

-> Classic Settlement Method

  • Dispatcher: Create Customer Settlements (transaction WLF1KO_DISP)
  • Dispatcher: Create Posting Lists (transaction WBLRO_DISP)
  • Dispatcher: Create Settlements Lists (transaction WRLVO_DISP)
