Additional Functions in Invoicing Plan for External Services

Scope of Functions

Statistical analyses of invoicing plan

Previously, the invoicing plan for services was not taken into account in the Purchasing Information system (PURCHIS).

As of Release 4.6A, the total value of the invoicing plan is shown in the PURCHIS. This enables you to examine price rises (reflecting rent increases, for example).

New price determination in invoicing plan

Up to Release 4.5A, no price determination process could be carried out for invoicing dates set out in an invoicing plan. As of Release 4.6A, you can initiate a new price determination process for specific dates in invoicing plans.

Note

If no price is determined, it is not possible to enter a price for a specific date manually.

Make the appropriate settings in Customizing for Purchasing under Maintain Date Category for Invoicing Plan Type to permit the determination of prices in invoicing plans.
