BAPIs in Inventory Management

Description

For Release 4.5A, the following new methods (BAPIs) have been developed in Inventory Management. (The name of each function module is contained in brackets).

• Business Object MaterialPhysInv (Object type BUS2028 - Material physical inventory)

• Create (BAPI_MATPHYSINV_CREATE)
  Create physical inventory document

• Count (BAPI_MATPHYSINV_COUNT)
  Enter count for certain items in physical inventory document

• ChangeCount (BAPI_MATPHYSINV_CHANGECOUNT)
  Change count for certain items in a physical inventory document

• GetDetail (BAPI_MATPHYSINV_GETDETAIL)
  Read header and items of physical inventory document

• GetItems (BAPI_MATPHYSINV_GETITEMS)
  List of physical inventory documents with headers and items

• GetList (BAPI_MATPHYSINV_GETLIST)
  List of physical inventory document header records

• PostDifferences (BAPI_MATPHYSINV_POSTDIFF)
  Post differences

• Business Object GoodsMovement (Object type BUS2017 - goods movement)

• CreateFromData (BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE)
  BAPI Posting of goods movements with the function module MB_CREATE_GOODS_MOVEMENT

• GetDetail (BAPI_GOODSMVT_GETDETAIL)
  Display details of goods movement

• GetItems (BAPI_GOODSMVT_GETITEMS)
  List goods movement items and header data

• Cancel (BAPI_GOODSMVT_CANCEL)
  Reverse goods movement

To display, choose Tools -> Business framework -> BAPI Browser.
