Customizing for Inventory Management: Changes for Release 4.6A
Scope of Functions
In Release 4.6A, the following changes have been made in Customizing for Inventory Management:
The following steps are new:
Changes have been made to the following existing steps:
The following steps have been eliminated:
- Defining stock lists for plant availability
- The relevent report Plant availability (RM07MWRKK) can now be configured with the ABAP List Viewer.
- The activities for data transfer of material documents, reservations and physical inventory data have been eliminated. You can now carry out all these activities with the new activity Data Transfer for Inventory Management and Physical Inventory.
- For authorization management, the two activities Maintain authorizations and Create Profile have now been combined into one step: Maintain Roles
In Customizing for Batch Management, the following step has been enhanced:
Activate Internal Batch Number Assignment
RFUMSV00 - Advance Return for Tax on Sales/Purchases CPI1466 during Backup
