WM: Customer Exit for Replenishment to Fixed Bins

Description

As of Release 4.0, a Customer Exit is provided for the function "Replenishment to Fixed Bins". Using the transaction LP21, transfer requirements are created to supply materials to fixed bins. With the new Customer Exit, it is possible to change transfer requirements before they are created by the system.
