WM: Batch Program for Transmitting Incentive Wage Data to HR

Description

The system selects transfer orders relevant for performance data using a batch program and transmits them to the Human Resources (HR) module in data blocks. There the TO data is used as the basis for incentive wage calculation. The data transmission is recorded in a log.

In HR, the system creates incentive wage time tickets from the data relevant to incentive wages. For this purpose, the data must be sent to the interface using a batch report. The interface is filled (entries in Table LSHR). A further batch program reads the interface and enters data into a batch input session. A third batch program executes the session.
