HCM_ERC_CI_2: Recruiting Administrator Portal Role (New)

Use

As of SAP E-Recruiting, Enhancement Package 4 (ERECRUIT 604), Business Function HCM, SAP E-Recruiting 2, there is a new Recruiting Administrator portal role (SAP_RCF_REC_ADMIN_ERC_CI_2). This role contains all relevant services and information that the administrator of SAP E-Recruiting needs to complete his or her tasks. The services are based on Web Dynpro ABAP. In the standard system, access to the services is supported via a work center in SAP NetWeaver Enterprise Portal.

The following services are available for the administrator in the Work Center:

Personal Object Worklist (POWL)

The personal object worklist contains the list of all requisitions to be deleted. The adminstrator can also reactivate these requisitions, if necessary.

The administrator can personalize the display of the list by entering selection criteria or via the settings for the list.

User Management

  • Maintain Internal Users
  • Delete Registrations
  • Delete External Candidates
  • Maintain Support Groups
  • Adjust Support Teams

Central System Administration

  • Maintain Companies and Branches
  • Maintain Agencies
  • Requisition Management

Transaction Data Management

  • Maintain Talent Groups
  • Maintain Application Groups
  • Access Audit Trails

Personal Settings

  • Personal Settings

Effects on Existing Data

The services of the Recruiting Administrator role are based on Web Dynpro ABAP. The previous services that were based on BSP are no longer supported in the standard system for this role.

If any modifications were made to the previous services with BSP interfaces, you have to verify them on the new Web Dynpro interfaces and, if necessary, modify them using the Enhancement Framework of Web Dynpro ABAP.
