AAP Turnover analysis

Description

This report compiles statistics for personnel movements that have taken place for an organizational unit over a period of time. It gives you beginning and end employee counts and takes into consideration hirings, terminations, retirings and transfers. It can provide you with details for each organizational unit, plant section, plant or company. A detailed list with employees' names and events can also be generated. This report has been available since release 3.0A.

In order for this report to deliver accurate results, it is important to set carefully the SELECT-OPTIONS for hirings, terminations, etc. to reflect the corresponding events at a given installation.
