HCM_ERC_CL_1: Prepopulation of Posting Texts (new)

Use

As of SAP E-Recruiting, enhancement package 3 (ERECRUIT 603), Business Function HCM, SAP E-Recruiting 1, you can prefill the texts for job postings with default texts for different languages. You have already created the texts to be used here in your SAP HR system. You use the new BAdI HRRCF00_GET_DEFAULT_TEXTS (Specify Proposal Texts for Postings) to specify the texts that are to be provided as default texts and to enter algorithms on how they are determined.

Recruiters can decide which text fields they want to prefill in each case. They can retroactively modify prefilled text fields.

Using default texts standardizes and simplifies the entry of descriptions in job postings. Recruiters no longer have to create new texts in job postings for each job posting; instead, they can use the default texts as templates for their job postings. Recruiters can prefill individual descriptions or all descriptions for different languages. In addition to simplifying the process, you can also provide recruiters with contextually and legally correct text templates that you have already created in the system for other purposes.

To be able to use the prepopulation function for posting texts, you must create and activate an implementation for the BAdI HRRCF00_GET_DEFAULT_TEXTS in the Implementation Guide (IMG) for SAP E-Recruiting:
