Payroll calendar for scheduling and displaying payroll jobs

Description

The payroll calendar report (RPCPRC00) enables you to schedule payroll jobs on the dates that you require and then view scheduled jobs in the calendar.

You can access the payroll calendar using the menu path Human resources -> Payroll -> Tools -> Payroll calendar.

The payroll jobs can be listed in the calendar for the individual payroll areas. You can display the job and payroll log by accessing the job overview.

Effects on Customizing

If you want to use the payroll calendar, you must create at least one schedule and specify the payroll driver that is valid for your country grouping. The exact procedure is described in the IMG.

For Germany, choose
Define a schedule for the payroll driver
Specify a versionfor the payroll driver

For Switzerland, choose
Define a schedule for the payroll driver
Specify a version for the payroll driver

For the United States, choose
Define a schedule for the payroll driver
Specify a version for the payroll driver

For Great Britain, choose
Define a schedule for the payroll driver
Specify a version for the payroll driver

For Australia, choose
Define a schedule for the payroll driver
Specify a version for the payroll driver

For all other countries, choose
Define a schedule for the payroll driver
Specify a version for the payroll driver
