HR Canada IMG changes for Release 4.5A

Description

Several updates to the Canada Payroll IMG were made for this release. They are as follows:

1. Benefits Integration
   The IMG chapter for Benefits/Payroll Integration has been simplified for this release. See the documentation for the steps under Benefits Integration for further information.
2. Continuous Sick Pay
   A new chapter was added under the Absences chapter of the Payroll: Canada IMG to allow for the calculation of Continuous Sick Pay based on company plans. See Continuous Sick Pay for further information.
3. Year-End Reporting
   A new step was added to the IMG chapter for configuring Year-End Reporting (YER). See Config. wage types for charit. contrib. and pension plans for further information.
4. Off-Cycle Activities
   Off-Cycle payroll functionality has been internationalized as of this release. The IMG for off-cycle activities has been replaced with an entirely new structure as of this release. Please see the documentation for the steps under Off-Cycle Activities in the Payroll: Canada IMG for further information.
