Survey on labor costs for 1996, Germany

Description

From the start of 1997, companies are required to carry out a survey of labor costs for the German Federal Office of Statistics.
Program RPLEHFD0 (Labor costs survey 1996) has been created to simplify data retrieval when carrying out this survey.
The survey contains a wide range of data, and unfortunately not all of this data can be derived from the employees' payroll results. The elements of the survey which can be derived from the payroll results (e.g. wages and salaries, employer contributions for social insurance, ...) can be supported by this report.
The parts of the survey which cannot be derived from payroll results (e.g. company pension reserves according to §6a EStG at the beginning of the fiscal year, materials and external costs for vocational training, ...) cannot be determined by this program. The system cannot provide support in retrieving this data.

This is a provisional version of the program. When it was written, we did not know exactly how the form would be structured. According to the Office of Statistics, minor changes can be expected, although they should not change the principle of the survey as it is currently supported by the program. The final version will be provided with the correction update for the year end 1996/1997. We will be pleased to receive any suggestions or development requests until that time.
