Short text

Lost earnings compensation: Included in infotype 0215 (CP: Transaction Data)

Description

Report RPCBLAD0 has been converted.

  • Previously:
The report created a batch input session that entered the lost earnings compensation amounts in infotype 0015 (Additional Payments).
  • Now:
The report creates a batch input session that enters the lost earnings compensation hours and the gross hourly wage in infotype 0215 (CP: Transaction Data). The lost earning compensation amount is calculated in the payroll run. The LEC hours are valuated in the calculation rule DBLZ using the average gross hourly wage rate.
  • Advantage:
The lost hours compensation hours can be taken into account when calculating the advance pay/retained amount within the flexible working hours policy.
The working hours for the construction industry are entered in infotype 0215.
  • Disadvantage:
It is no longer possible to enter a reduction amount using the wage type BL40.

Effects on Customizing

  • Copy the new model wage type BL70 to the customer name range. (The wage types BL10, BL20, and BL40 are no longer used).
  • Compare the following changes to the payroll schema DBAU with your personal payroll schema:
    Schema DBAU -> Subschema DT0B -> Subschema DTB5:
    1. Copy the changes to the calculation rule DBLA (copy):
    2. Copy the calculation rules DBLY, DBLZ and the subschema DTB5.
    3. Copy the subschema DTB5 to your personal gross schema (DT0B).
    4. Delete the calculation rules DBLA and DBLK from your gross schema. (Both now exist in the subschema).
