Employee Stabilization Fund (ESF)

Description

Employee Stabilization Fund is a fee paid to the government by the
employer for hiring foreigners such as domestic helpers and workers
for the designated national construction projects. The government
will revoke permission to employ foreigners if an employer fails to
pay the Employee Stabilization Fund.

This function is able to calculate the fee paid by the employer,
according to government regulations.
