New Feature: VARIA (Define Variables for Creating Texts)
Description
As of this release, there is an additional feature available in Recruitment that you can use to hide the text variables that are used in applicant correspondence for creating contracts.
Scope of Functions
Using feature VARIA (Definition of available variables for creating texts), you can specify whether the Text variables for contract elements should be hidden or displayed. This gives you the option of not using parts of the template if you do not need them in your company and if you do not want to use the function for automatically generating contracts.
Further notes
In the standard settings, the feature is set up so that the text variables are available for creating contracts.
If you want to hide the text variables for creating contracts, process the feature in Customizing for Recruitment. For more information, see the documentation in the Implementation Guide for Recruitment for the Define Variables for Creating Texts step.
