Enhancements to the Time Statement Form

Description

The following enhancements have been made to the time statement form:

- Printing of letterhead

- Printing of attendance/absence quotas

- Limited printing of time types in totals overview

- Individual setting of last day in calendar week for printout of
weekly total (feature LDAYW)

- Accessing Time Management infotypes directly from form
display screen (new sample form TF01)

- Use of data selection period for any number of time intervals
(in previous releases display could only take place for
payroll subunit, period and year)

- Processing blocks no longer limited to 12 output lines

- New sample forms TFL1 and TFL2

Effects on Customizing

Information is available on the system settings for some of these enhancements in the implementation guide:

1. Printing of letterhead: Format headers
2. Printing of attendance/absence quotas: Set up the printout of attendance/absence quotas
3. Limited printing of time types in totals overview: Format overview of totals
4. Individual setting of last day in calendar week for printout of weekly total (feature LDAYW): Set up the printout of weekly totals
5. Accessing Time Management infotypes directly from form display screen (new sample form TF01): Define the format of the output data
6. New sample forms TFL1 and TFL2: Copy the form template
