New functionality for the absence overview

Description

As of release 3.1G, you have more flexibility in specifying the layout of the list screen for the report Overview of Absence Data (RPTABS20).

You can use the function Data to display in the report selection screen to determine the order of the data displayed in the list screen, and also the layout of the columns. This allows you to create separate list screens for different report variants.

The list of data you can display has been extended by the option Absence during continued pay. If you are in a country in which continued pay is standard, you can distinguish between absences according to whether they occurred during a period of continued pay.

Choose the following menu path to call the report:
Human resources --> Time Management --> Info system --> Absences
