Parameter changes in RPRTEC00

Description

For the parameter 'Accounting log (ON/OFF)' the report RPRTEC00
now has, instead of the old characteristics ON/OFF/SIM,
the corresponding check box 'Test run with log' with the following characteristics:

• 'not selected'
  for the old characteristic 'OFF',

• 'selected'
  for the old characteristic 'SIM'

• The old characteristic ON is replaced by SIM for logical reasons.

If necessary, change this parameter in report variants.
