New parameters in the TRVPA feature

Description

In the TRVPA feature, the two parameters 'OAA'' and 'FDW' have been added.

You use the entry OAA (Optical Archive Active) to determine whether the menu functions for the Optical Archive are to be active in travel expenses transactions. This means that you can activate or deactivate the optical archive functionality for specific organizational entities.

You use the entry FDW (first day of week) to determine what day is to be used as the first day of the week in the weekly report (PR04).
