New selection screens

Description

The selection screens of all the reports have been improved.

Changes to the Interface

Newly-designed user interfaces for all selection screens:

• Changes to date details (reporting period)

• External object reporting with key greater than 8 characters

• structural conditions

Changes in procedure

Reporting period

Reporting can be done for:

• today (current date)

• current month (1-30/31 as relevant)

• current year (Jan-Dec)

• all (earliest start date until 31.12.9999)

• past (everything up to and including the current day)

• future (everything as of - and including - the current day)

• key date: press button and enter required date

• other period: press button and enter required from - to period.

External object reporting with key fields greater than 8 characters

• Choose an object type (e.g. C for cost center)

• Press enter

• Enter a search string in the window or enter a cost center directly.

The key will be copied for the reporting, which enables you to do reporting via cost center or via other SAP objects.
