PD: Enhancements in simple maintenance for the organizational plan

Description

Staff assignments enhanced: From the 'Organizational structure' view, by selecting the menu option Goto -> Staffing assignments (or by pressing the 'Staffing assignments' pushbutton), you can display staffing assignments for all subordinate organizational units. By double-clicking (F2) on an organizational unit, the staffing assignments of the organizational unit are evaluated (as before).

Task profile/activity profile for job list: From the 'Staffing assignments' view, by selecting the menu option Goto -> Job profiles, you can display a list of all the jobs that exist in the editing period in the plan version used. If you choose a job in this job list, and choose the menu option Goto -> Job maintenance, you can assign all the tasks/ activities of one or more application components to the job. You can modify this general assignment in job maintenance by choosing the Goto -> Activity profile menu option.

Sequence of positions of an organizational unit in staffing assignments: You can use the menu option Edit -> Position priority... in staffing assignments (simple maintenance), you can give priorities to the assignments of jobs to an organizational unit. The positions are then displayed in a sequence based on these priorities.

Sequence of organizational units on a level directly below a superior organizational unit: You can use the function Edit->OrgUnit priority... in the 'Organizational structure' view (simple maintenance) to give priorities to the subordination of organizational units on a level directly below the superior organizational unit chosen (by placing the cursor on it). The organizational units are then displayed in a sequence based on these priorities.

Task maintenance: It is now possible to maintain tasks from simple maintenance. To do this, choose Goto -> Task maintenance.
