New features of business event execution

Description

  • It is now possible to valuate the qualifications to be transferred for each attendee individually when following up business events.
  • The function 'Change business event' now allows you to change the schedule directly (move, insert, delete individual days or time intervals).
  • When costs are determined for a price proposal, the cost elements are merged both on the operative and the anticipated level.
  • We have enhanced the reports and dynamic menus by adding hotspots and icons to the lists.
  • We have reviewed the report Business event hierarchy and adapted it to the structure of the dynamic menus. You can use this report as a standard source of information for Training and Event Management.
  • During Budget comparisons it is now possible to offset cancellation fees (as well as attendance fees) against the budget.
  • You can edit 'external' objects (for example, a contact partner as instructor for a business event type) in the Master data catalog of Training and Event Management.
  • Combined editing of the objects in Training and Event Management (for example, business event groups and types) is possible via the new tool menu. The objects are presented as they are in the attendance menu. You choose objects by selecting one or more from the list. You can edit various infotypes for each object and carry out additional functions (e.g. translation of the object names).

Further notes

It is not necessary to make any changes to the Customizing parameters.
