Assignment of Notification Abbreviations

Use

The new settings for notification abbreviations control the output of correspondence:

The assignment of recipient groups (addressee groups) to notification abbreviations enables generic selection of recipients for the manual output of correspondence.

The assignment of notification abbreviations to activities lets customers use their own notification abbreviations in automatic correspondence.

In addition, a number of checks are carried out as a result of these assignments. For example, through the assignment of the notification abbreviation WART to the activity BOKW (book on waiting list), notifications are only output to attendees with waiting list priority.

The notification abbreviations delivered in the standard system are already assigned to recipient groups and activities. If you want to create your own notification abbreviations, you must make the required assignments for them:
