Production Version: New Functions in Release 4.5A

Description

As of Release 4.5A, you can use the following functions when maintaining production versions:

• Consistency check

You use this function to check whether the validity period and lot-size range of a production version match those of the allocated task lists/recipes and alternative BOM.

You can start the check as follows:

• In the material and recipe for individual production versions

• In recipe evaluation for all production versions for a material, recipe, or alternative BOM (see area menu for recipe maintenance, Reporting -> Prod.version list)

If required, you can transfer the check results to the production version as a check status.

• Deleting production versions

You can now not only delete production versions in the material master but in the master recipe, too.
