Workflow (Enhanced)

Use

From release 3.0 on the following new attributes for the existing BOR objects are available. You can use these for adding to workflows, for example, to add information about a particular project in the workflow.

BUS2175	Task	ProjectID, ProjectText, PhaseID, PhaseText
BUS2174	Checklist Item	ProjectID, ProjectText, PhaseID, PhaseText
BUS2173	Phase	ProjectID, ProjectText
BUS2172	Project	ProjectID, ProjectText, URLAsAttachment, EMailResponsibleRole

In addition, SAP delivers a new sample workflow for change documents of a task. You can change it, or use it as a template for your own workflows.

The following technical names names of existing sample workflows have changed:
