Configuration Control (New)

Use

As of SAP R/3 Enterprise PLM Extension 2.00 (EA_APPL 200), you can use the configuration control workbench.

This allows you to perform configuration checks for objects with very complex product structures. The aim is to provide all information for valid parts. In addition, you can execute a general validation of the product structure to ensure that the technical object has a valid configuration when it is released for use.

You can make the necessary setting under Plant Maintenance and Customer Service under Configuration Control.
