PM: Execution factors in operations

Description

From Release 3.0, you can enter execution factors in operations to show that an operation is to be carried out more than once.

This new function is relevant for companies where certain maintenance activities need to be repeated.

When you copy maintenance task lists into the maintenance order, the execution factors are copied over as default values. The system recalculates the required resources on the basis of the execution factors. You should enter the work and duration in the task list with Execution factor = 1 in each case.

When you copy a task list into a maintenance order, you can set or change the execution factors for each operation in the order. For more information, see the Release note for order processing.

Example:

Task list operation:,,Filter replacement = 2 h
,,,,,,,,,,,,Material: 1 Filter
,,,,,,,,,,,,Execution factor (default) = 4
Maintenance order:,,,,Execution factor (current) = 3
Order operation:,,,,Filter replacement = 6 h (2 h * factor 3)
,,,,,,,,,,,,Material: 3 filters (1 * factor 3)
