PM: Notification catalog processing

Description

The assignment of codes of the various catalog types was converted to pop-up techniques.
The following changes were made:

• hierarchic explosion of the code groups and codes

• multiple selection of actvity codes via check boxes

• linking of the code group text with the code text (optional)
  By means of linking texts, customers who want to structure their code groups and codes using the texts can display a summarized version on screen.
  Example:
  Code group xxxx surface
  Code 1234 scratched
  Text displayed: surface scratched
