New authorization object for the functions in the order

Description

Release 3.0B has introduced a new authorization check for PM order processing.

The following authorization is new:

• Authorization for business transactions in order processing (I_VORG_ORD).

This authorization enables you to allow or prohibit various functions for a user, regardless of the order type (for example, the function enable order).
