PM: Reservation/PReq creation at any date

Description

For every order type, you can specify in Customizing whether a reservation is immediately effective or whether a purchase requisition is created immediately. This indicator can be changed by the user in the order header of every order.

You cannot cancel the indicator in the order header.
Whenever you release the order, the system sets the indicator in the order header automatically so that the reservations become effective or the purchase requisitions are created.
