PM order: scheduling switched automatically with/without relationships

Description

The scheduling of PM orders has been changed in such a way that scheduling automatically occurs with relationships taken into account when any exist in the PM order. When no relationships exist in the order, scheduling occurs as usual.

If relationships are created in an existing order, or if all existing relationships in an order are deleted, scheduling is automatically changed to take to reflect this. The user is informed of the scheduling change with a dialog box.
