Tab Page Technique for Equipment and Serial Numbers

Description

The transaction for maintaining pieces of equipment and serial numbers has been converted using the tab page technique. The business views are now not accessed via the Goto menu option, but directly from the data screen.

The business views (Equipment data, Serial number data, PRT data and so on) are now only used as proposals in Customizing when you create a piece of equipment. Afterwards, each master record can then be individually extended by further views (using Edit -> View selection). This means that now you do not have to change the equipment category to enable further views to be displayed.
