Serial Numbers: Automatic Assignment
Description
Using the serial number profile, you can now use the indicator Serial nummer usage to determine whether the serial numbers are to be assigned automatically during a serialization procedure. This means that the dialog box for creating serial numbers is no longer displayed.

Special features when processing sales documents
When creating all sales documents (serialization procedure SDAU) it is possible - despite this setting - that serial numbers are not created automatically. This is the case if the system has included serial numbers in the incompletion log because checks failed during the creation of sales documents.
