Default Values in Order and Notification

Description

To simplify the entries, you can set user-specific default values for notifications and orders, thereby clearly reducing the amount of data to be entered. Previously, different default values could only be set in Customizing.

In these default values, you can set:

  • General data
  • Reference object
  • Control data
  • External processing
  • External procurement
  • Sales data

Changes in procedure

If you have already made user-related presettings in Customizing for 3.0, you can transfer the presettings into the new format by executing the report RITPM2US.

The user-independent presettings remain in the Customizing setting from version 3.0 and continue to be used as in that version. For this reason, changes are not necessary.
