Monitoring Function for Notifications and Orders

Description

The monitoring function is now integrated into the list editing of notifications and orders in the change and display modes, so that you have the same variable setting options there as in the list reports.

You can also control the data to be monitored more flexibly using the possible entries of the reference field for monitor in the selection screen.
