Workflow Template for Orders
Description
From Release 4.0A, you have the option of informing the responsible employee using a
workflow, if the maintenance order occurs in one of the following processing phases:
- Order created
- Order released
- Order completely confirmed
- Order technically completed
If the order occurs in one of the above phases, one person or group of persons can be informed for each workflow with the corresponding system setting. This concerns the:
- Creator of the order
- Maintenance planner
- Work center entered in the order (persons entered in Time Management)
These persons see a work item in their integrated inbox which can be processed directly from this inbox. The change transaction for the order is automatically called up for processing the work item.
