Updating of Costs and Quantity Key Figures in PMIS

Description

Within the Plant Maintenance Information System (PMIS), you can define and update information relating to costs and quantity according to your own criteria.

There are now two ways to differentiate between key figures. In addition to the value category, you can also use the accounting indicator, which is used in the standard system from Release 4.5A for detailed recording of costs in the PMCO file. For example, when the use of resources is documented using completion confirmations or material withdrawals, the resultant actual costs and, where applicable, actual quantities are updated in the database tables PMCO and PMCOQT. At the same time, the data updated in these tables is transferred into the communication interface MCIQF.
