Materia Availability Information for the Order

Description

From Release 4.5A, you can display information about the availability of materials which have been scheduled for an order.

For non-stock items, the list indicates whether the date for the planned goods receipt (from the purchase requisition or purchase order) is suitable for the earliest or latest operation start. You also see any reason why the planned goods receipt date might not be met.

For stock items, the availability check is used to compare the quantity determined and confirmed with the required quantity.

Note:

The data in the list is not simulation data used to determine the most appropriate start date. The list displays valid material availability for the order which the system has determined based on the valid data.

You call up the availability information using Order -> Functions -> Availability -> Availability list.
