Usability for Equipment and Functional Locations
Scope of Functions
For Release 4.6A, you can link the different views (tab pages) in the master records for technical objects (equipment and functional locations) to profiles. You assign these profiles to the type of the technical object. The following views can be part of a profile:
- General data
- Location data
- Organizational data
- Structural data
- Additional data 1 and 2
- Other data
Irrespective of the profile, you can assign any description to all the tab pages.
The new tab pages Additional data 1and Additional data 2 are used to display new include screens, such as classification, installed base management, partner data, warranty data, long text, or internal comment. A maximum of four include screens are permitted for each tab page.
You can now also set certain statuses directly from the list editing function, for example, deletion flag or deactivation.
